Kimuraya Ningyo-yaki Honpo is in the middle of Nakamise Street. Their famous Ningyo-yaki is made with special Tokachi-grown red beans and is always fresh-baked. It comes in four shapes associated with Asakusa: doves, pagodas, paper lanterns, and Kaminari-sama.　They also offer a selection of Castella-yaki (Ningyo-yaki without filling) and various types of Kawara Senbei (tile-shaped rice crackers). They hope that everyone will visit their shop!
