Kineya's fried mochi crackers feature special Miya-Kogane rice in the batter and are fried up with high-quality safflower oil for a superb crunch. Kineya's senbei rice crackers are made from young Koshihikari rice from Uonuma & elsewhere and hand-grilled one-by-one using premium ubame oak charcoal. They make perfect gifts for friends & family.
